The table follows no menu — it follows your appetite.

At Riad Azzouna 13 the cooking is family-style, Moroccan and homemade, prepared to order. Tell us what you feel like in the morning — come evening, the table is set in the fireplace salon or up on the terrace beneath the stars; the rest of the day belongs to mint tea, around the fountain.

No fixed dining room here: the table follows the light, from the patio to the terraces, and the hour sets the scene.

Breakfast

Served from 8:30, on the patio by the fountain or up on the terrace — beghrir and msemen still warm, jams, freshly pressed juices, fruit of the season.

Mint tea

The house ritual: a silver teapot, engraved glasses, fresh mint. Around the fountain in the quiet hour, or up on the roofs as the light comes down.

Dinner by candlelight

Family-style Moroccan cooking, homemade and prepared to order — the tagine simmers while the table is set. In winter in the salon, beside the fire; in the warm months on the terrace, beneath the stars.

Book direct and dinner is offered from two nights.

Hammam & terraces

Beneath the vaults, time slows down.

Set within the riad, the traditional hammam keeps an age-old ritual alive: a tadelakt vault, a candlelit niche of three arches, soft steam, unhurried hands. Massages and beauty treatments are arranged on request. Higher up, the sprawling terrace unfolds across several spaces — loungers, shaded pergolas, a dining corner — with the Koutoubia and the peaks of the Atlas as a backdrop.
